Today I was in the car with my husband, my four year old and my two year old. We were listening to Danielson and I was saying something about how I didn’t understand why everybody doesn’t love Danielson as much as I do. I said to my four year old, “Do you like this music?” and she said, “Well,not VERY much………I like ILL-M-I”.
haa, it worked the opposite for me. when jude was about 1YO, danielson was ALL he wanted to listen to. & when jude met daniel, he had the huge distinction of being the grown-up who was “still getting spanked.” ill-m-i is definitely a pre-K crowdpleaser though..
maybe someday john neth can share a similar story from back in the day about his 4YO’s response to driving around listing to 1956, specifically “the peacemaker.”
