what an amazing thing for us to grasp about the Holy Spirit which God has given us…he breathes out exactly where he wants! he inspires, he creates, he quickens, he moves; he supplies every good & pleasing thing that exists and is available to us in God. he depends on no man’s understanding or ability. he exists in a realm that is far above human understanding, yet he breathes out the infinite wisdom of God and the everlasting life of God precisely wherever he desires.

could we become so dependent on the understanding and direction of the Spirit that we would live totally submitted to the flow of his thoughts? …so dependent on the supply of his ability that our actions could truly be seen to be performed by God himself?
