Because peoples who check this site are all about the Kingdom of God, let me post something I’m incredibly honored to be a part of. We’ll be heading over to Nepal in 3 short weeks to share the gospel on a large large scale in a nation that has been all but totally walled off from the good news of Jesus.

Last year God moved so powerfully among these people. Thousands came forward to receive Jesus. An entire school for the deaf and dumb came to the meetings, and all 13 of them received their hearing! This year we’ve already secured the national stadium, and we’re renting out every possible vehicle available in Kathmandu so every single person in the entire region who wants to get to the meetings can.

Here’s my pastor’s note - please pray with us, as this is the kind of opportunity we could have only dreamed about 5 years ago. God has opened an incredible door. My name is Mark Spitsbergen and I have pastored the Abiding Place Church in San Diego, California for 23 years. Several years ago we began to do ministry crusades in some of the most unevangelized nations of the world. On March the 25th, 2008 we will begin a gospel crusade in the National Stadium of Nepal. This has never been done before in the history of this nation which is known as the Kingdom of Hinduism. With the support of the vast majority of all the ministries in Kathmandu and the surrounding areas we are believing for a great harvest of souls.
