something real
I talk to people all the time about Jesus. People respond by telling me how they were raised, where they went to school or church, what they’ve read, if they’ve been baptized, etc. One simple question gets to the heart of everything: is Jesus real to you? The moment that question is out, there is a split-second non-verbal response that tells it all.
People are so hungry for something real. It’s this simple - Jesus is the eternal Word before whom all things are naked and open. All we have to do is stand wide open before him and allow ourselves to be completely exposed before him. His penetrating gaze is real life. When every thought, every word, every motive is out in the open before him…we are chastened, corrected so that we will not fall into the condemnation of the world.
This is the secret place! This is the shadow of the Almighty where we are invited to enter and abide. This is the place of absolute reality, absolute security. Out of this we can reveal the One who has truly revealed himself to us. When we speak, there is a supernatural witness that what we say is true and eternal.
This witness holds the door wide open for people who genuinely want a deep relationship with God but have been tricked into meaningless ritual or paralyzed apathy or malignant cynicism. We speak of what we know and testify to what we have seen! When God’s people truly receive something from heaven, they have something to give.
So today, as people sleepwalk themselves through a holiday season pointing to something they have no real grasp on - but have an incredibly desperate eternal need for - Ask like you’ve never asked before, seek like you’ve never sought before, knock harder than you’ve ever knocked! The fields are ridiculously white to harvest, and all that is needed are laborers that Father himself has certified as SENT…sent out of his presence.
Open your mouth and speak exactly what he’s made real to you.
wow! homie i needed to read that today. what an encouragement. so many times i get cought up in the holiday hustle and bustle, i forget to tell Jesus happy birthday, thank and worship Him for all He is and has done. He is real its time we start livin’ like it. keep on brotha! He’s coming soon.

bro, all i can say is right on! like every other time i have responded
live before the Lord! not before man but before God! right on, right on! when we come before God we know everything is stripped. we do not put ourselves on stilts before the Lord and all things are out in the open and we know it. nothing is hidden from Him and we must live before Him at all times. morning, noon, and evening.
and also the malignant cynicism that you mentioned is a concern He has brought to my attention bro. there are sincere people seeking the Lord and revelation takes place. He will expose certain things for what they really are, to warn us and to not lose focus on Jesus. satan will try to bring cynicism into the picture here. beware of this bros/sisters and do not lose focus on Jesus. in other words keep a clear eye and do not let darkness creep in; do not focus on all the faults. we also must learn to live UNTO the Lord.
“His penetrating gaze is real life. When every thought, every word, every motive is out in the open before him…we are chastened, corrected so that we will not fall into the condemnation of the world.”
bro right on!!! His desire is to bless, not to discourage. These are truths we should not forget during pressing trials.
“We speak of what we know and testify to what we have heard! When God’s people truly receive something from heaven, they have something to give.”
glen i really do thank Jesus for ya and all my brothers and sisters. this has blessed me much and confirmed what He is teaching. i pray we grasp a deeper understanding of resurrection which only comes by revelation. Christ unveiling. ask and you shall recieve! our Father gives good gifts!
that’s it - good gifts, & only good gifts. the world tries to drill it into us that living wide open & vulnerable is disaster. living that way before God, those are the ingredients for infinite supernatural christmas >>
